Creating a gamph account is quick and straightforward. Visit the gamph platform and click the registration button. You'll be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password. You must confirm that you are at least 21 years old and agree to the gamph Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Once you submit your registration, you'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. After activation, you can log in and start exploring the gamph platform.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on gamph. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. gamph verifies the age of all players during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended. Gambling is addictive — know when to stop, and please ensure you meet the age requirement before registering.

gamph requires all players to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making withdrawals. You will need to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID. You may also be asked to provide proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address) and a selfie holding your ID. KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days.

No. gamph strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of the gamph Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the gamph login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the gamph Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your gamph account and click Submit. You will receive a password reset link by email within a few minutes. Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm it. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact gamph support at support@gamph.app.

Deposits & Withdrawals

gamph supports a range of payment methods that are widely available to Filipino players. Accepted options include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Please note that credit card deposits for gambling accounts are not permitted under current Philippine regulations, and gamph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.

The minimum deposit on gamph is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums may vary depending on your bank's own transaction limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by gamph by default, though you can set your own personal deposit limit through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings — and we strongly encourage all players to do so.

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your gamph account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer — usually between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact gamph support at support@gamph.app with your transaction reference number so our team can investigate promptly.

To withdraw from gamph, log in to your account and navigate to the Cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

gamph aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact support@gamph.app with your withdrawal reference number.

Bonuses & Promotions

The gamph welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after you complete registration and make your first qualifying deposit. No bonus code is required. The welcome bonus amount and any applicable wagering requirements are detailed on the gamph promotions page. Make sure you read the full bonus terms before depositing so you understand how the wagering requirement works and which games contribute toward clearing it.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. Different games contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Always check the specific bonus terms on gamph for the exact contribution rates.

No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and only your original cash deposit balance (minus any losses) will be returned. Yes. All gamph bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the individual bonus terms. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the specified time — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion — the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. gamph recommends reviewing the expiry date of any active bonus in your account dashboard so you can plan your play accordingly.

Log in to your gamph account and go to Account Settings, then select the Responsible Gaming tab. From there, choose Deposit Limits and set your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. If you request an increase to an existing limit, a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period applies before the increase is activated — giving you time to reconsider. gamph strongly encourages all players to set a deposit limit as a first step toward responsible play.

Self-exclusion is available directly from your gamph account settings under the Responsible Gaming tab. You can choose to exclude yourself for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Once activated, your account is suspended immediately, all marketing communications stop, and gamph will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period. Yes. gamph uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the gamph platform. Your personal information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. gamph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. There are several steps you can take to keep your gamph account secure. Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings. Never share your login credentials with anyone — gamph staff will never ask for your password. Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, change your password immediately and contact support@gamph.app.

gamph may suspend or restrict an account for a number of reasons, including: incomplete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of the Terms & Conditions (such as operating multiple accounts), a self-exclusion request, or a responsible gaming intervention. If your account has been suspended and you believe it is in error, contact the gamph support team at support@gamph.app with your registered email address and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.

If you wish to permanently close your gamph account, you can do so by contacting the support team at support@gamph.app with a written request to close your account. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided KYC verification is complete. Please note that permanent account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, we recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead, as it includes additional safeguards to prevent you from re-registering.
