These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gamph ("gamph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gamph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the gamph website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the gamph Platform, or placing any wager or bet through gamph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gamph Platform.
gamph operates within the regulatory framework of the Republic of the Philippines and is subject to the rules and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
The gamph Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. gamph reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
The gamph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. gamph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active gamph Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. gamph is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player. Players must update their account information promptly if any details change.
gamph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and at other points determined by gamph's compliance team. Players must submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their gamph login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Players must not share their login credentials with any other person. gamph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
If a Player suspects that their gamph Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify gamph's customer support team immediately. gamph will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of the investigation.
gamph Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or assign their Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. gamph reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
gamph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be accepted subject to availability.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification status. Players may set personal deposit limits through their Account settings as part of gamph's responsible gaming tools.
Withdrawal requests are processed by gamph within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. gamph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
All transactions on the gamph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player. gamph does not charge currency conversion fees on its end for PHP transactions.
Player funds deposited into gamph Accounts are held in segregated accounts separate from gamph's operational funds. This segregation ensures that Player balances are protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting gamph's operations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by gamph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified validity period, failing which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
gamph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where gamph has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds. Determination of bonus abuse is at gamph's sole discretion.
gamph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, account-status, or game-specific restrictions.
All gamph casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous outcomes or the size of a Player's wager.
Each game available on the gamph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. gamph is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, gamph reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. gamph will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction where the malfunction cannot be verified through gamph's server-side records.
Sports betting markets available on gamph, including markets for PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and boxing, are governed by gamph's Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable Sports Betting Rules for that market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

gamph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the gamph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gamph will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
All content on the gamph Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual elements, is the intellectual property of gamph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the gamph Platform without prior written consent from gamph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gamph's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their gamph Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gamph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if gamph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gamph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
gamph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gamph has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of suspected fraud or AML violations, gamph may freeze Account balances pending investigation.
Players may close their gamph Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the gamph Platform, Players should first contact gamph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. gamph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures for online gaming complaints.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the processes described above.
gamph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gamph will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the gamph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree with any amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
